The Primrose Mittens are worked in the round from the cuff to top of hand. The cuff is worked in a broken ribbing, and the hand is worked from a chart. The thumb is worked using the afterthought (peasant) method.

GAUGE
22 sts + 36 rnds = 4" (10 cm) in texture stitch on larger ndls, after blocking.

NEEDLES
1 - set US 2 (2.75 mm) DPNs.
1 - set US 4 (3.5 mm) DPNs.
Check your gauge and adjust needle size(s) accordingly if necessary.
NOTIONS
Darning needle, stitch marker, waste yarn of similar gauge.

8.5" (21.5 cm) hand circumference, 11.5" (29.5 cm) total length.
